My mom applied for i-765 and i-131 together in November. On June 12th she received her EAD but not advance parole. The status of her advance parole hasn't updated since November. I called USCIS but the lady on the phone didn't know as to why my mom hadn't received it yet so she transferred me to a level 2 officer. The level 2 officer hadn't a clue either and told me she can do a service request for us. Today I checked the status on egov.uscis.gov and noticed it says: As of June 13, 2018, your inquiry about why your case is taking longer than our processing time, referral number SR **** **** ***, is currently not assigned for processing. What does this mean?
