    My daughter has to be present at the interview as the petitioner but is she allowed to translate/be my interpreter at the interview?
    It's not barred but it's discouraged. USCIS may see this as a conflict of interest. For example, your daughter doesn't agree with something you say, so she changes it to a favorable answer when telling the USCIS officer. So it's at the discretion of the officer, I believe some offices choose to disallow family members interpreting, period.

    So it's possible that you could do this, but risky and more unlikely than likely to be allowed.

    If you have a friend who speaks both languages fluently, it may be a better option as there is less risk of the USCIS officer ruling conflict of interest and refusing to do the interview.
