  • Cheating Spouse

Gay marriage. I am the non- US citizen. Found out recently that my spouse has been having an affair with my landlord. Even went on a cruise to Mexico together while I was back here working like crazy. Left his house and moved to my college friend?s place. We are awaiting AOS interview, what should I do? Right now I am filled with anger but I need to focus on rebuilding my life because I have a son in my home country who relies
    on me. Help pls.

You moved out? Tough situation and I'm very sorry to hear but right now you are vulnerable under ICE. Do have intentions on staying in the USA? You and your spouse need to talk and fix it or else you'll be deported. Right now there's a shift in immigration policy that deports you if your application is denied. Good luck

      Yeah, I agree with kaylip.
If you still have intentions to stay in the USA you should keep this relationship and avoid a deportation.

i feel for you my friend. These American born citizens take us for a ride a lot even when we give them our all, hearts and love.

Me and mine have had our ups and downs,we?ve had fights where she gave me body injuries by smashing a wall picture on me. Asked me to move out on numerous occasions even before we got married. Taken advantages of me all because she felt she had an advantage over me being a US citizen, even threatened me with the cops and immigration. But,through thick and thin we?ve been together and I?ve stuck with her not because of the green card but because we?ve come a long long way. She had my back before I even married her or started all these process. I was broke very broke, she feed me,clothed me,paid my phone bills.

I don?t think you?ve been through half of what I went through. Go and make up with your spouse and give him or her what they were seeking to make him or cheat on you. I know it?s hard but be reminded of our families who are outside hoping and always praying for us.

        God bless us all.
