DHS ?we are still reviewing your case, No update?

This is the third message I got from DHS. The first two said ?we last took action on your case on May 23rd?. The message I got today says June 26th.

My Pd is 2/22 and I?m one of those i485 glitch group that shows blank on the update. My case is ready to be scheduled for interview.

So if the last action on my case was on June 26th? What is that action? How come they don?t tell people what action they took?

Still no EAD and I?m on day 138.
Oh raised 2 SRs on I765.

First time I received that email was on my interview day. I didn't think much of it but I've noticed that every 2 weeks the email is sent out. On my interview day it said the last action was on May 17th. However, after interview every 2 weeks I received it except last week but over the weekend I got an email saying they mailed my card. Right now ATL office is slow and have allot of backlogs. Anyways, during my wait for my GC I had called customer service and they said the last update on my case at the time was May 17th and the action was that it was transferred to my field office.
What u can do is call customer service and act dumb like u don't know anything because of the glitch and ask them what is the lastest status update on your case.
BTW, before the maintenance sunday on the USCIS website, my i485 started working again and I am now able to see all the updates.

Hopefully that means we are closer to receive EAD?
I will keep you posted if I hear anything.

Before that the last action was March 26th, that is when I got glitch on my 485 status.

I got the same message. It is said the last action was on June1 when they mailed the COMBO. I think they might already approved your EAD or combo.

Before that the last action was March 26th, that is when I got glitch on my 485 status.

I hope so. You give me hope. looking at your time line it seems you got your card 5 days after you got that message. It?s been 14 days for me since they last took action. I?m hoping the last action is indeed the EAD.

Are you adjusting based on marriage or you are just renewing your EAD?

You need to call. Level 1s do not have access to that information. Level 2s do, but some of them either don't want to deal with you or may not know.

You can fish for answers. Ask them if it says anything about:
1. your case being assigned to an officer for response.
2. your case being relocated to your local field office.

You can always escalate calls, and get to the Level 2's supervisor. Just ask. The USCIS manual states that when a customers asks for the call to be escalated, they have to do it. Just quote that politely.

Hey Angie. I got an update that New Card is being produced just this morning. I know we had promised each other that we would update because our cases are so close. If you didn?t receive the update then it?s likely coming!!!!! Wait on it.
