Then, once you become a citizen, you have to update it in person, as well. Alternatively, you may mail your documents. LOL, yah... it's hilarious that's even an option.
All the best,

Once your green card is approved, you will have to update your status with the SSA. They will then issue a card that does not have any restrictions. It takes a good 3 weeks for USCIS and the SSA to communicate. I would wait 2 to 3 weeks to go to the SSA and update it.

Civil Documents Separate folder.
1. You did an excellent job organizing the Table of contents. Categorizing the evidence into 3 main areas is genius. That makes it a lot more manageable. You also have each main category in its own binder. As we all know, they care about commingling so why not have it in its own binder and just hand it to the Immigration Services Officer.
2. I highly recommend presenting joint bills/utility bills the way you did. We all know not all companies have a way of displaying two names on statements/bills. That's why it's important to not just show the paper bill but also that you both have access to it by printing the Account Settings page. Or show that you both get text notifications.
3. Some might think it is silly to have a joint email account. However, it's good evidence of how you handle your commingling. You're showing that through that joint email you're both managing your household, and both people are informed. *Be prepared to show access to the email account from your phones.
4. I am glad you chose to include the advanced health care directive. You'll see how seriously USCIS takes that document.
5. The email communications section is great. While this type of evidence is secondary evidence - maybe not BEST evidence-, it adds credibility to whatever primary evidence you are presenting.
I think you will do great and get approved on the spot. I'd ask for the I-551 stamp in that case. Make sure you do a mock interview day before your interview - from waking up, getting ready to driving and parking at that field office.
All the best,

Every adult should have an Advance Directive as to help explain the type of health care you wish to receive in case of emergency or simply planning ahead for future care. States have specific forms these documents so health care professionals can easily recognize the document's purpose.
My only issue with the forms on the AARP site is that you are asked to check boxes to indicate your preferences. This means that once all is said and done, you end up with a form that has empty boxes. You don't want that. It could be messed with afterwards. So I would just copy and paste everything onto a Word document, and tailor it. State your preferences and leave no loopholes.

Hello All,
Our interview scheduled for August 7,has to be reschedule and the letter will get to the field office on Monday from our Attorney's office.
Reason our Attorney will be out of town for reasons beyond his control.
We have waited and prepared for this moment, but we will rather wait for him to appear with us for the interview and not go in alone.
Hoping it will will not be a "forever waiting",for us to be rescheduled.
Does anyone have an idea how long it takes to get rescheduled?
I have my EAD, I guess life can on with this for now.
Any advise and opinion is welcome.
Thank you.PD: 01/02/18
