It just amazes me how you can support a person like Trump that is trying to stop/reduce immigrants from coming to US when you are an immigrant yourself. You claim that he is only against illegal immigration and has no problem with legal immigration. The last time i checked visa lottery, refugees/asylum and chain migration are all LEGAL ways to get to the US yet him and his administration are trying to end or drastically reduce these programs. He claims he wants merit based immigration yet he doing his dandiest to reduce/eliminate H1/H2/L visas.

It seems to me the only immigrant Trump likes is from Norway - not all of us were born with white, blonde and blue eyed. No wonder you seem to have a problem with where I am from. Yes I am from one of those shithole societies in Africa and we are good, you can keep Trump.

USCIS is just the government agency not a court. It doesn't make any sense that they have that power to deny the application without giving a chance to "appeal"! Even court give people chance to appeal!!!!
