I am gathering paper work to apply I-485 along with I-130. Can someone you pls advise me:

1. What all forms I need to fill and send?
2. What supporting documents I need to send along with the forms?

Not to be a jerk or anything my friend but you just listed what forms you'll need. As for evidence its all in the instructions. I definitely encourage you to make sure you read those instructions to make sure you're doing it right.

I'd recommend as above. Read through the instructions, use it as your checklist. Once you've done that, if you're confused about anything, come back and ask about that and we will be happy to help.
