Another July filer
Subbing this thread. See signature for details.
The CaseTracker app notified me this morning that an RFIE was mailed yesterday (7/30) for I-485. Could be a plethora of things but my bet is something financial.
Good luck to all fellow July filers and also everyone who are waiting on their cases!Last edited by hpx3000; 07-31-2018, 07:28 PM.2018 Marriage-based AOS (I-130, I-485, I-765)

I got a RFIE as well
I just got the notice on my App and text, saying that they mailed it today. Do you know how long it usually takes to get to my mailbox? I'm not sure what it could be...

Early walk-in doesn?t actually speed up case

Even though you have done early walkin, that doesn?t mean they will process it sooner or update your case sooner. If your schedule date is August 10th then most likely you will see update on the following 2 dates. At least this is what I saw from my very recent experience. Case tracker app doesn?t show the full story it seems rather use https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.
Also I posted this question and got very useful insight which i think will be useful for you.

It seems that people have been getting the letter in 5-10 days so maybe end of this week or early next week. Let's hope for both of us that it's a simple/easy issue!
