It is! I just got a status update today that says as of 8/31, my interview is scheduled! They will mail me the date. Yay! Moving forward!

Hi I would like to share my timeline with fellow July 2018 filers!

Filing from Jersey City, NJ

July 16 - sent via USPS to Chicago Lockbox
July 25 - email/SMS notification
July 30 - received Form 797 via mail
Aug 3 - received mail for biometrics appointment for Aug 16
Aug 11 - received courtesy letter for i-693
Aug 16 - biometrics done
Aug 21 - "Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

I haven't yet. They probably mailed it on the 31st, and with the holiday I think it won't get here till maybe Thursday or Friday.

Never Ending Waiting Game

My Status has not changed since July 27th. Tried Calling USCIS Help desk to get an update but no HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not sure whats happening, any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

On 2018-07-27 USCIS states changed to :

Fingerprint Review Was Completed

"As of July 27, 2018, we completed our review of your fingerprints and are working on your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number **** **** **** *, at our National Benefits Center location. We will let you know if we make a decision or need anything from you"

Still waiting further news. It shows the case was received and "fingerprint fee was received".
72 days since last status change.

Wow !! I am wowing because here there are so so so so many people waiting longer than you. Please focus on loving your family. It?s a longer wait for some. What?s your Field office anyways ?
