Unable to reschedule/cancel InfoPass appointment

Hi all,

I don't need my scheduled Infopass meeting next week anymore but I just can't cancel or change the meeting.
I just can't log in my confirmation number and pin for some reason

Anyone knows if this is the right confirmation and pin? and what's the right format to write it?
