Hello,
So we had our interview this Thursday, 19th July at 8:15am. Our case is based on marriage to a USC and our center was Newark, NJ and PD is August 30th, 2017.
We reached around 7:30am and were done with security check real quick and were asked to go to the 14th floor. We were nervous and there were around 100 people waiting in that big room. We were called in around 9am and escorted by this really young officer to this office space. As soon as we got in he said that you guys have been married for over 8 years and lets get this done really quick. We took our oaths and some basic yes/no questions. He asked for our bank statements showing both our names and gave him over 50 photos to browse through. He remarked that you people travel a lot and asked where a few of them were clicked. We were out in 15 mins and he said that I'm gonna approve you but need to check a couple of things before i do that. Got the approval mail and sms early next day.
Hoping to get my GC in hand by mid next week!!! Thank you to all the people on this forum especially my fellow August filers. Do drop me a note if anyone is filing from NJ and needs help.
