H1B- Adjustment Of Status to I485(Green Card) through marriage
Hi I am on my h1b visa(Indian citizen) and my wife is a green card holder(Citizen of Bangladesh) and she is applying for citizenship.My h1b expires in October 2019 but I still have my extension.
I want to apply for adjustment of status but my company is moving to a different location by June 2019,
1.If I apply for I485 will I be able to file ammendment or apply for H1b extension if I don't get my green card by June 2019 or by October 2019. whats the duration
2.What forms do I need to complete to file Green card through my wife?
3.Should I wait until my company moves to new place and files for my extension?
4.Whats the process and duration to get GC-EAD in case if I am not eligible for H1b ammendment or extension?
5.I know the process is quick if my wife's get citizenship but I have exactly one year from now to file amendment. Is it safe to apply for green card before moving as I am little skeptical what if with the new rules H1b extension is denied?
