Hi guys my husband and I have been married for almost 10 years January 5th 2010, we had a lot of financial difficulties to proceed with filing cause we have 5 children together. my sister submitted and filed the paperwork out so I don’t have the details of when they received the paperwork but I’ll list all the dates from when it was submitted. I have a restricted social security that me restricts me from working have been in this country since I was 13 and will be 31 yrs old on Sunday. My family never filed to help me become legal. I’ve been with my husband for 11 years and we’ve tried to file the paper work in 2010 and was mislead if I filed I would have to return back to my country Guyana and wait so we never revisited the issues and was scared to process paperwork along with having financial difficulties.
feb 12th case submitted
feb 13th case was received
March 8th Fingerprints appointment
june 4th request for evidence
june 13th evidence sent
June 15th usps tracking showed they signed and received it
june 19th uscis updated response to evidence was received
