    I am really surprised about the speed, lawyer said I got lucky because it has only been only 6 months since I applied. Now I am patiently waiting for the actual mail about the actual date.

            Just completed my early walk in!
            Newark Field Office. I485, I765, I130, I31 Marriage AOS
            1/28/19 -case has been accepted
            2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485
            2/12/19 - (I-485) Case b • 10/4/19 - Interview cancelled
            10/19/19 - Interview was scheduled
            12/3/19 - Interview completed!it
            12/9/19 - New card is being produced
            12/10/19 - i485 and I-130 case was approved

              I mean I?m just across the River. Here is my timeline. Marriage based and I do have DACA.



              Jersey City, NJ
              1/23/19 - I485, I765, I130, I31
              1/24/19 - Package Delivered
              1/28/19 - Received via text that case has been accepted
              2/4/19 - Received NOA on all files
              2/8/19 - Received mail for Biometrics scheduled for 2/19
              2/8/19 - Walk in BIOMETRICS COMPLETED on Varick St
              2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485
              Newark Field Office. I485, I765, I130, I31 Marriage AOS
              1/28/19 -case has been accepted
              2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485
              2/12/19 - (I-485) Case b • 10/4/19 - Interview cancelled

                        Gotcha. I am in similar situation. My H1B is expiring in August this year. I am working on the renewal now. I just submitted a marriage based green card application last month.

                            Did the interviewer give you a hard time coz your expired h1b? Lawyer told me not to do it so I am curious about your experience.

                              If you are AOS for marriage, why do you want to renew the h1b? Do you think that they will deny your GC? Maybe the lawyer will charge you for that renewal?
                              Why an interviewer will give you a hard time on expire h1b if it expires after you entered AOS status? Even people overstaying for many many years don't have problem at the interview.

                                I have not had my interview yet, i really hope not. I am still waiting for the letter to tell me the exact date for the interview.
