2/12/19 - (I-485) Case b • 10/4/19 - Interview cancelled
10/19/19 - Interview was scheduled
12/3/19 - Interview completed!it
12/9/19 - New card is being produced
12/10/19 - i485 and I-130 case was approved

1/23/19 - I485, I765, I130, I31
1/24/19 - Package Delivered
1/28/19 - Received via text that case has been accepted
2/4/19 - Received NOA on all files
2/8/19 - Received mail for Biometrics scheduled for 2/19
2/8/19 - Walk in BIOMETRICS COMPLETED on Varick St
2/9/19 - Fingerprint review was COMPLETED on I-765 and I-485Newark Field Office. I485, I765, I130, I31 Marriage AOS
1/28/19 -case has been accepted

Did the interviewer give you a hard time coz your expired h1b? Lawyer told me not to do it so I am curious about your experience.

Why an interviewer will give you a hard time on expire h1b if it expires after you entered AOS status? Even people overstaying for many many years don't have problem at the interview.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
