i filled for adjustment of status based on marriage and i got my ead combo which expire on dec 2018 but my adjustment was denied because we could appear for interview due because my wife sick and couldnt make it for the interview.So we filed again but the i hvnt gotten my ead card combo and i want to travel urgently for my bro wedding in my home country.I want to know if i can still use my previous ead card to travel since its still valid till december.Thanks

I think that particular card pertains to the application you HAD filed previously. I'm not 100% but im willing to bet you may need a new one. When they check or if they check the MSC number on that card will let the know that you were eligible under the C9 for that previous application. I doubt it will reference to the new AOS especially since under the new application the combo card is "free".Marriage based AOS concurre

May 2017 - AP/EAD received:
March 2018 - AP/EAD forms sent for renewal
Sept 2018 - AOS interview scheduled.
Oct 2018 - AOS interview
Nov 2018 - Green card in hand -
