To those filing in August,
this is just a friendly reminder that at the time of filing, you must submit ALL EVIDENCE AND SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION. That includes ALL EVIDENCE OF BONA FIDE MARRIAGE. It's not optional. If you file shortly after you get married, then focus on presenting evidence from the time you met. Not having a Social Security Number is not an excuse. There are plenty of ways to show evidence of bona fide marriage without a social security number.

I am a big fan of the Table of contents put together by Emerald 2020. List all your evidence and briefly explain - in a sentence or two- what each piece of evidence is proof of.
