My asylum based I 485 case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas

  • My asylum based I 485 case was transferred from Nebraska to Texas

    Hi guys,

    A filed my asylum based AOS in April 2018, Nebraska SC already done my fingerprints and at the end of July 2018 my case was transferred from Nebraska SC to Texas SC,
    please, if anyone here has some experience how long it's gonna take in TSC to approve my case??

    Oh believe me, HELLBRASKA is not where you want your case to be processed. It's notorious for being a mess. TSC is way faster and runs better.

      at least he's not in minneslowta it could easily take 10 years there vs 5-6 years anywhere else for an assylum case.

            My case is also asylum based i-485 and was transferred from nsc to tsc at the same time as yours. Any update on yours so far?

              Hi. I have exact same filing as yours. It's May of 2019 now and still now updates after case being transferres to Texas Service Center in July of 2018. Did you get any apdate on yours?
