    Hi,

    I am new to this Site and this is my first message .
    I have valid EAD /AP till Jan 2019 and I have submitted EAD/AP renewal last week since its allowed now 180 days before .
    If i leave out of country in aug 2018 and back by sep 2018 , does the AP gets denied.
    Note : I dont have H1 or any other visa .

    Please let me know
