Interview coming up. Help!
Hello folks,
I am a little concerned about my interview. Not that I should be, but... Me and my wife got married last year. I was here on a B1/B2 visa. Since everything happened so sudden, I needed to return to my homecountry to see my family and friends, saying good bye. I know I should have applied right away for adjustment of status, but I needed to go...
I came back 2 month later and entered with a "Visa Waiver", since they didn't let me in with my "BI/B2" Visa (They didn't want that I expand my stay, thought I would get married, I didn't tell them I am already, because I was afraid). But I was already married, so I kinda didn't tell the truth, just because I wanted to speed up my return to my wife.
Complicated, I know, but does anybody know if I might have problems + how long does it take to receive the Greencard.
