WHAT??????? Status updates.

I am so confused.... I just received notice on my uscis.gov account... as of August 07, 2018, you're case is ready to be scheduled for interview. My dhs account has said ready to schedule interview since Last May..... what in the actual hell is going on here. I put in the SR and today was the day they were supposed to notify me of action... but this is the same stupid thing!!!!! I am so frustrated with this bloody system... I am over this crap big time.

But some advice and words of wisdom would be awesome!!!!

The process is frustrating, but when it comes to getting electronic updates, I can just say it is not as reliable as getting the actual hard copy notice. On the exact day of my interview (I saw it after) that my USCIS notice (electronic version) on USCIS and DHS account changed to your interview is scheduled. So, I know not knowing is exasperating but do not sweat it, exhale, breathe and check your dates, do infopass or call in if necessary but just note getting the actual receipt is best.

I'd have to agree. My GC was approved on July 9th and the I130 online status never changed to reflect the approval. It hasn't moved since March 27th and the "we recieved your case" status. Approval letter came in the mail though.

I am the least patient person in the world... this is more frustrating than applying and waiting for acceptance letters for B-school and law school... I know logically I just have to wait... but all the same... GRRRR LOL!

My Pd is dec 2016, Today I receive a text your USCIS Status change I checked on site now it shows ? Interview scheduled?. Before it shows Uscis can?t provide you information
I don?t know what happens next hopefully getting interview date soon

I had a few "updates" from USCIS via mail "action was taking on your case" or something just before "interview was scheduled" i think yo going to have your interview scheduled any time now.

Actually, I just got the same update for my I-485. It says "as of August 09, 2018, your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview". Interestingly enough, that has been our status since 04-23-18.

Your pd is dec 2016 or 2017? I also have same status Uscis cant provide... until today. What is your field office?
