Any once stuck in EAD ?new card being produced??

My status changed to ?new card being produced? but nothing since. I have seen that most people have their EAD in hand within a week and their status change to ?we have delivered...? and others. Anyone in the same situation? Is there something o can do?

There are several people in the same boat as you, just be patient, if it hasn't changed in 90-120 days raise a SR with USCIS.

Someone emailed me asking me to share more details around the EAD/AP approval. Here is my response. I listed ALL the status updates and USPS updates.

The notifications started coming in first from the USCIS case tracker app. I have an egov account.
7-31 - I-765 New Card being produced
8-01 - On 7-31; I-765 New Card being produced - DHS
8-02 - On 8-01; We approved your case; I-765 & I-131
8-03 - Card was picked up by the USPS; Tracking # included
8-04 - Combo Card in hand

Here are the USPS updates. I tracked every move that mailing made.

As you can see, opting in to receive all and any kind of alerts saved the day here. My local post office saw the mailing and rerouted it to our previous address in North Carolina. Seriously??? We had canceled the mail forwarding service more than a week before that. So as soon as they scanned it and set it to be forwarded, I got an alert. I rushed out of the house and headed there. Took my husband's driver's license, his passport, our marriage certificate. The postal clerk went to the back and had one of the warehouse guys dig it out of a truck that was headed to the airport. I mean...

Do everything in your power to make sure you get it. You can even tell your post office to hold it at the post office for you. That way if you aren't home, you can just go pick it up.

I hope that doesn?t happen, I expedited due to loss of employment. This is truly a test of endurance.

Thanks! This is super informative. I haven?t passed the new card production notices on the gov and dhs accounts. A weird thing happened though, I just received a new dhs notification saying card in production but this time dated 08/07.

You're welcome! Yes, the DHS account will send such delayed updates; i.e., letting you know that on MM/DD/YY they did this or that.
Hang in there. It's coming. As soon as that tracking number is available, USPS will send you a text IF you are signed up for informed delivery AND have enabled notifications.

So I have been tracking people that had the ?card In Production notice? on the same date 08/02 and the following 5 days ( I am
Obssesed and worried) all of them got a status changed to card was mailed and card was picked up. I am still stuck on ?production? on the egov site.
On the dhs site I received a card in production update on 08/02, again the same update on 08/07 and a notice that my case was approved on 08/09.
Was your approval notice on dhs of gov site?
I am losing my mind knowing everyone but me receive the card was mailed change. I really hope it?s not lost. There is no tracking number anywhere, I called and ask for Tier 2 office and I am
