With EAD i think they're pretty quick. You should be getting it very soon.

I hope so! Luckily I am on an L1 visa so I've been able to work in the meantime. However, it expires in early September and we didn't renew it as rather focused on the AOS, so I'm really hoping that I don't have to stop working while waiting for the EAD if possible!

Thanks for starting this thread. I've been searching for fellow filers from that office for months now but I'm happy to come across this new thread. My PD is October 11, 2017. Have both EAD and AP, interview still pending.

Not really, only reason is that I saw on here that an early December filer had their interview back in May, so I figure we are getting closer to the interview. The normal processing time on the USCIS website updated from 17 months to 18.5, so if I don't get something soon, I may set up an Info Pass session. I know a lady who works at the office and apparently they have been super backed up for some time.

From what I have heard from other folks, the average time from PD to Interview was 17 months, Oakland Park is one of the most backed up offices in the country. They just pushed out the Family Petition time frame to 18.5 months of the low end, so by that math, my 18.5 months is up around the last week of August. My Immigration Attorney has quoted similar timeframes for his other clients.

Still waiting on EAD/AP. The DHS site last week suddenly started showing the interview being ready to be scheduled for the 485 - the update was dated May 29th but only showed up last week for the first time. I know they were doing system maintenance last week so hopefully that pushed something along!
