    Hi All,

I filed for AOS in mid March 2016 concurrently (EB2-ROW) after a few days of out of status invoking 245k. My EAD and AP got approved 2 months later and 140 after another month.

In July 2017 my case was transferred to NBC and in August 2017 an interview was scheduled (I'm assuming it's for that brief period of OoS since I wasn't required to be interviewed) for Sep 2017. A week later the interview was cancelled and no explanation was given why.

I have been renewing EAD and AP with no issues. I have not travelled out of the country. I created one SR last year but got generic reply.

It's been close to 3 years since my Priority Date and 2.5 years since my application was received. I wanted to wait but it's getting harder now. I'm missing out on good job opportunities, parents getting old, etc.

If anyone has any suggestions, please advise.

first off if you have EAD then there's no reason for you to be missing out on job opportunities unless they prospective employers are breaking the law by declining you because you require work authorization. Two, have you tried raising a service request to figure out the status of your case? it sounds like you've just been waiting and not putting forth the effort to try and get your case going, which is on you. go get one of your good job opportunities, raise a service request or info pass appointment, and get your case moving.
This is strictly an opinion and should not be misconstrued as legal advice. The use of this information is strictly at your own risk.
