Package stuck at Chicago Distribution Center

Hello friends
I have sent my AOS package to uscis lockbox to Chicago IL. I sent my package on 08/09/18 through overnight shipping. my package was supposed to get delivered on next day 08/10/18, but today is 08/13th/18 and my package is still stuck at Chicago international distribution center and there is not update after that on tracking system. I called customer care service and they said they can't locate my package from the call center and post office people said call customer care number. I really don't understand what to do. I hope they haven't misplaced my package...

I would call customer care again, give them a tracking number and ask them where it is. also this is a good example of when it would be worth putting insurance on the package in case something like this happens. Best of Luck,

i bought package with $100.00 insurance and Money Back Guarantee to send package on next day. well i have called customer care and they gave me case number and told me to wait untill 48 hr and their supervisor will get back to me with correct information. i hope they find my package and send it to uscis.
