AOS Interview Today and got an RFE

Hi,
I just finished my AOS interview today under EB-2 category.
Everything went well except for the RFE I received asking for the Supplement J for I-485.
I wasn't aware that this document was not needed until I reached out to my lawyer and saw in USCIS website that this document SHOULD NOT be needed when I-140 and I-485 were filed at the same time (which is my case).

Has anyone encountered this issue? Please share your experience.
Any steps I can do to contact them so they can void the RFE and grant me my approval?

Any info will be greatly appreciated!
