Hi,
I have received an RFE on birth certificate. The USCIS has issued an RFE asking for the Non Avalaibility of birth certificate (NABC). During my initial submission of the documents I did not have birth certificate. After submitting all the documents, I submitted all the details to Birth and Health Registrar of Gram Panchayat. I received the birth certificate from Gram Pachayat. Would it be a problem if I submit a copy of the original birth certificate now?
