Case Status - USCIS Cannot Provide You with Info???

    Case Status - USCIS Cannot Provide You with Info???

    Has anyone looked up their case status online for I-485 and received this message?


    "CASE STATUS
    At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

    Previously it had said that our case was being scheduled for an interview.


    Status Info for Marriage Based AOS:

    Field Office: Salt Lake City
    PD: 9/5/2017
    Ready to be Scheduled for Interview: 10/17/2017
    EAD/AP Card Received: 12/12/2017

    I am stuck in same situation since April. No Update, the new site shows the case is being scheduled for an interview. Which field office ??

          It is frustrating for sure. It's almost been a year so I am hoping we get a notice of an interview soon!!!

              Others who also got that validation error had their interview scheduled shortly after. 6 weeks or so from the time the validation error started.

                You don't have to worry about your case.
                I experienced it before. It was a case of my friend. It kept that status in 3-4 months, then changed into " Interview is scheduled".

                  In a same boat

                  I am stuck with same message since January 2018. 16 months and still no signs of interview.
