Dear all,
yesterday I had my AOS Interview in Charlotte, NC.We arrived about 20 minutes earlier and waited no longer than 10 minutes.
I got here in November from Italy on a travel visa to visit my (now) husband. It was the 4th time I visited, he visited me in Europe about as many times (maybe more). I never overstayed my visa. We got married in February 2018 and I have no SSN, no EAD and we have no shared banck accounts. I am listed under my husband's health insurance, car insurance, and mobile phone bill. We filed through an attorney and we included pictures of us, us with family and friends covering tha last two years.
Questions: How did you gus meet? I delivered a 10 minutes monologue about our story while my husband was intermissing with anectotes. How is about relatives? I talked about how and when we met our family members and how both our fathers get along pretty well. That was it.
Proofs: Abovementioned insurances and bill.. That was it. The officer said that she had enough proofs.
We didn't feel like provide other pictures or messages because we were confident that what we've submitted in the first place was enough to prove our bona fide.
It was a very relaxed conversation. The officer asked the customary questions (membership in illegal activites and so on...) and requested my sield medical examination.
I got approved on the spot.
