Employment E1 Adjustment of status (WORLDWIDE) not current for first time in 10 years
I was due a i-485 submission on August, however because for the first time E1 was imposed with action dates, I had to wait, current action date goes back to June 2016
Reading the bulletin in July it says that it is going to be current in October, however in September bulletin it reads the following under section F (visa availability for the next months) :
Employment First:
WORLDWIDE (all countries): October Final Action Dates will be imposed for all countries. Limited, if any forward movement can be expected prior to December
my understanding to this that it is not going to improve at least before the end of the year, is my understanding correct?
any insights, opinions from anyone?
