Finally the website update my info for the case

Guys so far I have recived everything but I had a problem with the website but after I received my card and ss I was just curious so I checked today and finally it updated thanks god for all the help and thanks for this website

August filer 2018

Still on the matter since the last update in Sept 5th after finger print Sept 4th:
I-693 Courtesy letter received Aug 27th.
I-485: 90days as at today
I-765: 90days...
I-131: 119days
I-130: 119days
NBC
Just dont know what to do next..

I filed on August 2nd, and got biometrics done on August 29th. Since then, nothing has changed yet, i did not get any further updates.
I am just wondering if any early august filer already got the combo card without requesting expedition?

Good question. In my case, they got my documents on August 6th, did biometrics a month later September 7th. 4 days after biometrics I got my last update for the form I-485 saying that my Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview.

Form I-765 still shows Case Received in both USCIS websites. IÂ’m waiting after December 7th to call USCIS and ask if my background check is completed.

A friend filed on July 27th and got the NOA with the I-765 approval on November 24th while the website was showing Case was received. The status changed on the website on December 3rd to show the approval so probably we will have good news soon.

Applicant: B2 Visa holder (Overstay)
Applying from Alabama.

I received ‘card produced’ on the I-765 today and my case was received by USCIS at the end of July. I did not expedite so it appears your case is also close to review and approval stage!

I think it depends on cases. I was reading about that online yesterday too. But some says better not use it unless you really have to.
So I am kinda curious to know just like you too.

I received ‘card produced’ on the I-765 today and my case was received by USCIS at the end of July. I did not expedite so it appears your case is also close to review and approval stage!

Yayyy! It is good to know that. It seems like more filers in July are getting cards. So I am feeling a bit nervous and excited too. It has been 3 months with no updates at all.

I believe everyone in this boat is underwhelmed by the entire process and gets overwhelmed when something actually happens :-)

I've applied on 28th of August. Everything was perfect(noa letters, fingerprint etc.) until I receive RFIE on September 18th. Which seemed still fast to me, at least they were looking at my case. I've responded and they received my responded on October 11. Afterwards still haven't heard anything almost being 2 months, since the response received. Case is at NBC. Don't know what to do.

Good fast process for you. I had to wait 5 month for a RFIE be sent to me
In any event , if you need to start working ASAP. Expedite your EAD

If you are outside normal processing time (I don’t think you are) file a SR here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/dis...oPageType=onpt
Otherwise, please wait a little more patiently or call USCIS
