August 24th: Fingerprint Fee Received

I dont know how to check for field office. It doesnt indicate when I checked the case. Do you know how to find out that information? And how do I know if they already transferred my case to field office yet?

Just enter your zip code.

Based on what I've read, cases get transferred to the local field offices prior to the interview. I'm not sure if they actually notify you that your case has been transferred or not.

I just checked. It seems like my field office is in San Bernardino. But I have not seen any notice from them saying my case has been transferred there yet.

Biometrics Letter Came Today

The Biometrics letter came today! Appointment is set for September 20th (The notice date says 8/31/2018)

September 7th: Received Biometrics Letter/Appointment for 9/20

Not sure if I'm an August filler or partially August and September since on three of all forms the acceptance date is August 30, and on the form I-485 it says September 6.
But anyway, I've just received my case acceptance confirmation and very glad it is in the process!

So, my timeline is:

AOS through Marriage from B1/B2 Visa overstay
Filling from LA,CA

08/28/2018 - the package was sent to Chicago PO box by USPS
08/30/2018 - the package was received by USCIS
09/07/2018 - Text/Mail notifications

Case Update

Hi y?all, my case got a couple of updates since my last post. My only concern at this time is that most people get an update saying "Fingerprint Review Was Completed" for the Form I-765 but mine still says ?Case Received?. Today I got an email with an update for my Form I-485 saying ?Case Is Ready To Be Scheduled For An Interview?. When I went to the biometrics appointment I noticed when they scanned all the barcodes in the NOA so I don?t know why the status on the I-765 hasn?t been updated yet.

Petitioner: US Citizen.
Applicant: B1/B2 Visa holder.
Applying from Alabama.

Biometrics Appointment : 08/05/2018 (I missed appointment because i didnt received mail on time, so just walked in for Biometrics on 08/10/2018)

Fingerprint Review done: 09/11/2018

now just waiting for my Rfe mail to arrive, so i can respond to it and get my I-485 process start again. i am looking forward to receive my mail by this week hopefully. i am really confused why usps mail get so long time to get delivered.
