Anyone filing from CA received their biometrics appointment yet? Still waiting and getting more and more anxious... 😭

What city are you from? We filed in Aug and right now our status is "case is ready to be scheduled for interview" I know you should get Biometrics appt within a month I believe...

Yes, i did. My PD is aug 24. I see people getting their fingerprint appt soon after the receipts and im super worried. My attorney says i should get it soon but nothing yet.
I called uscis last friday though and they put it a request to see whats up. Praying we both get it soon! Keep me posted! If anything, private msg me!

Los Angeles - I am not lawyer or anything but you should have gotten it within a month?? Or If you haven't heard back within 90 days then you could probably request for an info pass.

So my field office is San Francisco. i know it is taking super long and i see september cases here that already had their bio appt done.
Our dates are super close, PD 8/24 and fingerprint fee 8/29.

Yes I called last week and she said if I don?t get it until the 25th I should follow up again... but also that it?s not unusual since the waiting time is so long. Still concerning since I feel like everybody gets it right after their receipt notice 😒

I'm still anxiously waiting for the bio appointment notice too. I'm filling from central florida. my case has been pending for 50 days now. sigh they is unsettling. was hoping to get my husbands work permit before the holidays.

It?s been almost 50 days no bio. Yet

My pd is aug-22-18 no bio yet I did sr I spoke to grade 2 and still nothing yet am filling from Maryland Baltimore city anyone can help or advice

You don?t need one. They have people who just walk into the appointment. Find your local benefit center and go there. Go early and walk with any documents USCIS sent you so far.
