I'm beginning to work on the table of contents for proof of bona fide marriage and two questions have come up that I'm hoping someone can help me with. Firstly, our I-130 was approved last year. With that said, would you still recommend that I add old leases, health insurance, bills as well to current ones? We've been married for nine years.
Secondly, my husband bought a house before we got married and his mom is the current tenant. We both lived there up until 2017 and I just realized that he never changed his driver's license to reflect our current address since it doesn't expire for another two years. I of course updated mine since I've been a DACA recipient and have had to update my DL every two years. Will the fact that our addresses don't match on our IDs be an issue?Case and biometrics fee was received by USCIS: 08/24/2018

I would thank the processing officer at the USCIS instead of God. There are plenty of folks waiting on USCIS who also prayed for quick completion but are still waiting because some offices simply have longer processing times.Employment based AOS (EB1C) - San Bernardino office(CA)
