I-485 Q.61 and 62

forum members anyone who received Obamacare subsidized health insurance?.
what did u answer "YES" or "NO". for the Question 61 and 62: "Have you ever received public assistance from any source, including the us Government or any state, county, city or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment) or are you likely to receive public assistance in future"?

I have already submitted the application in 2017 , I answered "NO", will this effect my I-485 application processing ?
What are my choices to correct it if it was supposed to be "YES"

For this I am thinking of hiring an experienced attorney. Any good lawyer in NYC area please suggest.

On a technicality you could answer no. The way the subsidy works is that the Federal Government provides money to insurance companies to depress the price of plans. The insurance companies then sell the plans to the public. You do not recieve the money from the Federal Government.
