I only sent a copy of the marriage certificate for the I130 as that is the form that establishes the legitimacy of your relationship. The i485 is about your eligibility for the immigrant visa. You automatically become eligible for the EAD/AP because you have filed the aforementioned forms.

I strongly encourage you to take the time to list your evidence of bona fide marriage and include a brief explanation - in a sentence of two- that tells USCIS what the evidence is proof of. Focus on showing the longevity of your relationship. Evidence of bona fide marriage does not mean that you should only show evidence from the date of the marriage onward. If you two dated for a long time, start there. I would peruse this thread https://www.immihelp.com/forum/showt...668#post578668

I am going to take a guess and say that #2 is probably a good template to follow. I would pay special attention to how user passe described the commingling of finances. They outlined several transactions and referenced the bank statements they included. They were able to show evidence from the time they met in 2012. Please take a look.

My table of contents is also listed there. We had to get very creative. You will soon realize you have way more evidence than you think you do. Make sure that you read through the experience of user helpmylife. They had a rough interview experience and were issued a Notice of Intent to Deny. The I-130 instructions actually state that on page 3 of 12. I am including two screenshots below.

      All the best,

      USCFFS

PS: Hold off on getting the I-693 medical exam done. You have one year to submit it from the date that it is completed. Then, from the date that USCIS receives it, it remains valid for one more year for adjudication of your case. In other words, if you send it with your AOS application, then you will use up that initial one year window, and it will expire one year from the date that USCIS receives it.

I would hold off on it.
