Questions on filling I-485 and 130

I'm married to USC, currently on F-1 visa, doing my OPT. I have EAD.
1. On form I-485 Part -2 asking Underlying Petition Number should I put I-797 (Notice of Action-EAD) receipt number or leave blank?
2. On form I-485 23b Expiration date of Authorized Stay on I 94 should I put D/S (duration of stay) or N/A?
3. On form I-130 q11 when I select the same mailing and physical address adobe not letting me to fill 13a and 13b (date from and date to living in current address)
4. On form I-130 q21 Date Marriage ended, if it's current should I put n/a or present?
It's very strange that adobe not letting me put letter or numbers in some fields? it makes me to use other software and tools.
