Just off the phone call from them, the lady used a very lazy voice to answer. Felt like she was still in bed....
Asked about my status, she said....ok, let me verify your name and account again.
Then she just read the web page uscis processing time to me, I didn't interupt. I should've said "thank you I can read English myself!"
Nothing useful. Anyone want to call them please do it around 8:00; so it's easy to get transfer to level 2.
