    Just off the phone call from them, the lady used a very lazy voice to answer. Felt like she was still in bed....

    Asked about my status, she said....ok, let me verify your name and account again.

    Then she just read the web page uscis processing time to me, I didn't interupt. I should've said "thank you I can read English myself!"

    Nothing useful. Anyone want to call them please do it around 8:00; so it's easy to get transfer to level 2.

    well that's rude of you, who's to say she wasn't feeling under the weather, or wasn't dealing with allergies that caused a strained or lost voice. if you wanted better information you should have asked to speak to a lvl 2 immediately. also your case appears to be well within normal processing times what with your RFE and all, so there's really no point to you having called them already and wasting their time for information you could have gotten online.
