Hey y'all. How is your case moving forward? Do you know what pd they are interviewing now in Dallas?


My pd is July 2017 (it's been 13 months) still waiting for an interview to be scheduled. My work authorization expires in October. I'm about to send new i765 to renew.

I have been a silent reader o this forum and decided to join the forum today.
I am a Dallas filler too and my PD is April 2017 still waiting. On the website it shows they are processing October 2016.

My EAD expired on the Friday 17th August 2018, applied for the renewal in May last week this year still waiting for that too.

PD june 2017 and still no interview

same here . AOS Family based- PD june 2017 and still they are scheduling interview at dallas tx center. we went there with info pass and they informed that we are short of employees and lot of work.
will this time will be counted toward 2 years conditional GC or will have to apply to remove condition after 2 years of receiving GC ?

As far as I understand it, it counts.
If you receive your GC two years after you got married, even though you submitted everything beforehand, you should get the unconditional GC.
