Hello all. I'm a 23 (turning 24 in Feb) Ethiopian citizen that has lived here continuously since 1998. My mother and I came to the US (with K1 and K2, respectively) so that she could marry my U.S. citizen biological father. However, due to financial issues at the time, we were unable to adjust our status and our visas have long since expired. I will be submitting my AOS package (hopefully this September) on my own behalf. Please let me know if I'm missing any forms/documents.
Some more info: I have already submitted my I-130 and have received the action of notice I-797. I currently live with both my parents.
