Any applicants in EB1 category who filed before April 2018 and got interview call?

Hi,

Are there any applicants in this forum who applied at the end of March 2018 and got an interview call? I applied in the EB1 category and my I 140 was approved, go the EAD combo card, but no call for interview yet. I am in Colorado. If you have got a call for interview, can you share your timeline and experience?

I know my case is with the National Benefits Center but there is no way to follow up.

Please share your experience.

Hi there

I filed on Feb 16th 2018 for an EC1 (Adjustment of status from an L1- my timeline is as follows:

March 25th - biometrics
May 6th - notice that my case was moved to National benefits center
May 18th - request for further info - a form from my employer to confirm the job was still open
June 29th - received EAD
August 7th - received interview notice
Sept 7th - interview

I am California based.

What is a the country of chargeability your case? Our case was also filed in Feb but still waiting. We believe it has to do we with Visa availability.
