    Q 61 and 62 regarding public assistance.
There are many immigrants who have received subsidized helath care as medicaid during pregnancy and delivery time.
Forum members those who had or have and done with interview please share how did u answer the Q 61 and Q62 when asked by IO during interview.

According to USCIS "https://www.uscis.gov/greencard/public-charge" Medicaid and other health insurance and health services (including public assistance for immunizations and for testing and treatment of symptoms of communicable diseases; use of health clinics, short-term rehabilitation services, and emergency medical services) other than support for long-term institutional care may not be considered for public charge purpose.

I have asked couple of lawyers and there is a mix answers some say it is public charge some say u can go thro uscis website where it says its not considered public charge.

Well I think it is because USCIS is now denying green card renewals to persons who take public assistance benefits- they list a few but indicated Medicaid isn't one of them but some news articles are saying Medicaid is one.
