Hi,
My wife and I were interviewed on August 23rd and approved on the spot.
The interview wasn't what I expected. It was 30 min long.
The interviewer spent 20 min going over my application. She read almost every question I had already answered on the forms and asked me to verify, she did the same to my wife with the petitioner form.
She looked over all our joint bills and circled our names, she didn't look at any photos (I printed an album with 120 photos with captions!)
After that she asked us to tell her about our relationship, we only spent 5 minutes talking about it. We were still talking about the honeymoon phase before she stopped us.
Remaining 5 minutes were her telling us were were pre-approved, her boss just had to sign off on it later that day.
I received an email and a text later that day finalizing the decision.
One thing I noted was that she said her previous interview lasted 2 hours. I'm guessing it turned more investigative than ours.
That's it!
Thanks for everyones help. This forum got me through it all!
