Processint Time ?????

Hi everyone, there is someone who can help me understand, then I would like to understand:
1) Why the Processing Time on the USCIS website changes continuously jumping back 4/5 months and then after a few months ago another jump of 2/3 months?
2) Then I wanted to understand now on the Processing Time section of the Miami office says 09/26 (a few days ago 'was 10/20) and on the processing Time of the Immihelp website says 11/26 (update 07/31)?


Please explain to me why I am not understanding anything

Unfortunately, that's how the update works. They update files that the officers/agents are working on. I'm not sure if they deal with a first-come first- serve basis but they update cases they're working on.
