sponsor with bankrupcy

my sponsor makes well above 30k in the last 2years and have no dependent and her annual income is predicted to be the same 30k,

she told me she has filed for bankruptcy b4. pls is she qualified to sponsor me?. will the bankruptcy factor affect anything? anyone done dis b4? pls help

I also callled immigration today and was told bankruptcy has nothing to do with the guidlines provided in the sponsors requirement

They are right. Bankruptcy is not a consideration for i-864.
