I-140 Approved and waiting for the filing of I-485

My I-140 is filed in EB1 category and was approved this August 2018. I am working on my papers to file my 1-485 and I have got mine and my son's medical exam completed and have the I-693's for both of us. My wife is due this September and we are still yet to complete the I-693 for her.

Questions:
Should I wait and get the same completed for her and file all of our I-485 at the same time?
Or should I just go and file my I-485 now and then file my family (Spouse and Son) I-485 after the medical exam is completed.
