i-765 reason for applying while I already have OPT EAD

I am applying for Adjustment of Status (through marriage). As part of my AOS packet I am sending I-765 with advance parole (I-131). Since I already have OPT EAD (got through school which is valid for another year). Now for I-765, what is the appropriate reason for applying for me from these three?
- Initial Permission
- Replacement
- Renewal

Initial permission. You are applying for an EAD on a new basis, that is unrelated to what you previously had an EAD for.

OMG you're killing me here with all this info haha! Thank goodness we already got ours or I'd be super nervous since we apparently did just about everything wrong lol.

We did 'renewal'. It got approved.
