I am apply for adjustment of status with all together I-130 (I-130A), I-131, I-485, I-864 and I-765 (however I already have and OPT EAD).
Can you please help if I am required to pay the filing fee for I-131 ($575) and i-765 ($410)?

No. I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP are both free for AOS applicants.
