  • Conditional GC interview

I've been reading this forum for a longtime and it really helped for the most part. My husband and I went for our interview on 9/4th and it went well. Timeline is Feb 15 - all paperwork in 130, 131 etc.
We went to interview without the lawyer. Or interview lasted about 40 mins. We were asked the yes and no questions. Please remember the organisations you filled out etc. Was asked my husband's phone number, if we'd met each other's parents etc. We came with folders of
    1. All passports immigration letters in one
    2. All financial documents in the other ie joint bank statements, electric bills, joint lease, hubby's paystubs for 2 months Etc
    3. Folder with past correspondence ie is emails etc, love poems..(IO said she didn't b need them)
    4. Wedding album + photos with friends and family over the past 2 -3 years.
That was basically it. And because it's overstayed my Visa when asked if I'd worked without authorization I said yes. Just be honest if you're in the same situation.
Twenty minutes after leaving we received the email; card in production.
    So happy and thankful!!
