Uscis cannot provide info for i-485--please help

Hi everyone,

I had a questions:

I checked my spouse I-485 status and the status currently is:

"At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information."

The i-485 status has not been updated since 1/22/2018

Below is our process timeline:

Receipt of Notice for Applications I-131, I-130, I-765, I-485 : 10/11/17
Biometrics: 11/6/17
Received EAD/AP Combo Card: 1/9/18

Has anyone had the same status, but still receive an interview notice by mail? The application is by marriage to a US citizen

I would make sure that you create an account on these two sites
https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do -----> this one is linked to the USCIS case tracker app which you can download.

https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/

It's hard to say what's going with your case, if you have not signed up for accounts. Sometimes the system is offline because they're doing an update and cases are not accessible.
You would see "offline" on the case tracker app.
