Filing I 131 for AOS

Hi Y'all,

I am filing for AOS based on my marriage to a US citizen. I applied for my I 131 back in February 2018 as my spouse was PR at that time. Currently I am on my F1 OPT. I am not sure which application type I fall into for I 131. Is it 1a or 1d?

I think you mean your spouse filed I-130 back in February, and you are applying for AOS now (with I-485).

To apply for Advance Parole with I-131 along with your AOS, you would select on your I-131, 1.d. I am applying for an Advance Parole Document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary foreign travel
